We see four figures in the distance. They are walking into a building, smiles on their faces, as if they're seeing each other for the first time. 

ELTON, BRAYDEN, SARAH, and MALLORY finally reach each other and embrace in a group hug. 

ELTON It's been too long since we've all been together! 

BRAYDEN I know, we have so much to catch up on! 

SARAH Yeah, so much has happened in the past few years. 

MALLORY I'm just so happy we can finally spend some time together. 

The four of them start walking to the party room in the building. 

ELTON Remember when we used to talk about everything? 

BRAYDEN Yeah, those were the good old days. 

SARAH I feel like we could still talk about anything. 

MALLORY Me too. It's like no time has passed. 

As they sit at the table, ELTON looks at MALLORY and takes her hand. 

ELTON I have to be honest with you guys. I've always had feelings for Mallory. 

MALLORY looks at ELTON, surprised, but also intrigued. 

MALLORY Elton, I never knew... 

BRAYDEN and SARAH exchange a look, realizing there may be more to their friend's relationships than they initially thought. 

BRAYDEN You know what, I have something to say too. 

SARAH nods in agreement, and the group braces themselves for what's to come. 

BRAYDEN I've been thinking a lot about our friendship lately, and I realize that I have feelings for Sarah. 

ELTON and MALLORY look at each other, then back at BRAYDEN. 

MALLORY Brayden, we had no idea. 

SARAH I feel the same way. 

ELTON, MALLORY, BRAYDEN, and SARAH look at each other, realizing that they all have feelings for each other. 

ELTON What do we do now? 

MALLORY I don't know, but we need to talk about this. 

BRAYDEN Agreed. But I don't want this to ruin our friendship. 

SARAH Me neither. We need to figure out what we all want and go from there. 

The group sits in silence, the weight of their newfound feelings heavy on their hearts. But they know they need to talk about it and figure out where they go from here. ELTON and MALLORY sneak a glance at each other, and they both know that they want to explore their feelings further. BRAYDEN and SARAH do the same. 

The four friends continue talking and catching up, but they can't help but think about the possibilities that lie ahead.

Massive mistake rescheduling needed

 Hey blog. This past weekend we finished up our short film in the shadows Upon editing I realize a massive flaw within our film. Though our filming went great with Brayden and Sarah nailing their roles to a tee, I made a mistake. I filmed the entire film vertically, an absolute travesty. It was as if the film was supposed to be on a social media app you scroll by, obviously not proper for the formatting we intended. But its not the end of the world a we have a lot of time to re shoot. I'm not going to dwell on it however as again its just a small bump on a long road. Other than the actual formatting of the film being wrong the scenes themselves are very good and I am pleased with the outcome. We will just consider the first shots as a simple rough draft. I will talk to Brayden and Sarah about another filming opportunity. Again our schedules this year has with out a doubt has been the busiest we have ever been.
