My group

As said in my previous Blog, I am more than excited to make a commercial for my class. I'm very thankful for the fact that we get to choose our own group. With That being said, I choose my group members based on my personal relationship with them. This process of group selection is frowned upon by most teachers and is the reason most teachers in any other class would not allow personal group selection. But I withhold the belief that a good relationship between members of a communicative effort often gives the best and most genuine results. My group consists my middle school friends Brayden and luke. Not only are these people my best friends, they also provide a unique set of skills in which are all going to contribute to the success of this commercial. Starting off with luke, I met Luke in the 6th grade, and he and I instantly hit it off. We both have a love for comedy and horror movies and luke has a unique creative vision in which can be shown by his choice of clothing. Luke has always been into fashion and is better dressed than I am by a long shot. We believe his role in our group is going to be that of a director type. Now with Brayden, I have known Brayden since 7th grade, and Brayden has always been a unique figure. Photogenic is a word I would use to describe Brayden as he has always been a "pretty boy" even in middle school. But narrowing Brayden's character to his looks would be doing him an injustice. Like luke, Brayden is also greatly into fashion and fits a "skater aesthetic". Brayden is also very charismatic and is one of the funniest people I have met so far in my young life. I believe Brayden role in the film will be as an actor and even helping out with directing. I am very grateful to have met both of these people as they have been great additions to my life. We all work very well together and have a wide variety of skill sets. I am more than excited to get to do this with my best friends. I believe that we will be able to back our claims with the product we will provide.
